MM510 Squonker Connector
ModMaker have listened to user feedback for a long time now and have worked to try to resolve some issues with current 510 designs.
Changes to Revision 4:
- We have added a tiny groove into the atty side of the insulator that takes the supplied tiny o-ring. This is to stop juice ingress between the insulator and the body threads
- Glass filled peek insulator. This material can take some serious heat.
- Wave spring. A stiffer spring for a better connection.
- Oring / gasket. Embedded into the positive pin to reduce leakage.
- Negative solder tab. For non mechanical squonkers.
The threaded section is m12 (12mm x 1mm) thread. The top plate is 16mm diameter and 0.5mm thick. When you add a washer, the top plate will be 1mm thick. The body of the 510 is made from stainless steel. MM did consider making it in other materials but we want these to last and stainless is the hardest material we could use.
Excellent for Rebuilding a Mod

I have two mech squonkers that had kind of mediocre connectors. I just rebuilt one (Hugo Vapor Squeezer) with the mm510, 22mm washer, large positive nut - excellent result, quick install, perfect fit.
Now I need to get the elusive 18mm washer for the second mod ☺

I used the modmaker bf to replace a Veritube silver plated copper bf 510 on a delrin Purge squonker. Had a noticeable voltage drop with the veritube installed. Had to drill out thenl 510 hole and silver plated copper battery contact. Very easy, clean job. The modmaker provided a performance boost I was looking for. Keep an eye out for the modmaker silver plated brass bf 510 coming out soon!

Best 510 connection for a squonker,on the market.Much better than the Fat Daddy squonk 510.One thing i would have like to have had with this 510,Is an O-ring for the internal connection.Where the inlet tube meets the Atomizer....Still Out this world better than the FD !
a solid piece

I have been using another fat BF 510 and I give them 3 stars.
What first impressed me was the screw in BF insert. You can replace it with out taking everything apart. Good quality all around.

So as part of an upgrade to a couple of my squonks, I used a MM510, a black washer, & a large positive nut. I performed this upgrade on two mods. Both formerly used varitube 510s. These mods now hit harder than ever and look much cleaner. Recommend this to anyone with the patience to VERY carefully enlarge the hole in their mod/negative contact. Above all, the entire experience with BSV exceeded my already high expectations. If they have what you want, there's no better place to get it.
didnt know doesnt come with 22mm spacer

I purchased a FAT DADDY V5 squonk 510 and it SUCKED ! I only bought it because BSV was sold out of mod maker squonker 510s . The FAT DADDY is not suited to a mech mod . Save the hassel and BUY A MOD MAKER . HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ! I love mine , I have two and will buy more if I need a squonk 510 connector for a mech squonker .
great upgrade from the bf 510 I had.

Price is fair shipping half way across the US was fast. Mm510 was a great upgrade from the one I originally had in my DIY box. Much cleaner. Functions as you would expect it to.
Solid 510 connector from a solid manufacturer.
